We are full-time professionals; offering a range of services from loan chases (face-to-face collections visits aka door knocks) to insurance surveys to business site verifications to legal process service. We operate in various counties in southern West Virginia and southwest Virginia. This is not a part-time hobby for us – this is how we earn a living.
Zodiac Inspections and Legal Process is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers. NAPPS members are vetted by their peers and adhere to a higher standard of service and industry knowledge. We also belong to the Society of Field Inspectors.
We are not an appraisal service or certified home or building inspector — we work directly with lenders, debt collectors, credit card processors and insurance providers for the purposes of establishing occupancy, interviewing borrowers and property owners, identifying collateral, assessing risk or damages, verifying business operations, and other concerns.
For these services we cover a 75 mile radius around Bluefield WV. Over 75 miles one way will be considered based on time frame, agreed-upon fee and our availability.
From our home base in southern West Virginia, we run inspections and legal process service in Mercer, Summers, Monroe, Raleigh, Fayette and Nicholas Counties. In Virginia, we run inspections and legal process service in Tazewell, Bland, Giles, Smyth, Russell, Dickenson, Buchanan and Wythe Counties.
